Details of your catches:

The Point, 19 fish caught biggest being 54lb mirror followed up by 50lb grass. He also had forties and thirties to back that up. The 54 mirror was his PB so in all had a fantastic week. We fished on Cheyenne all 3 of us and only had 4 fish between us with a 54 grass and 36 Common the best two caught.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Defo small beds of bait and defo use sweetcorn did nothing with Boiles even on the Point.

Yes but asked Medhi to move freezer out of toilet when we go again as one of the Anglers is in a wheelchair needs good access

Yes but not a beginner as can be very hard going.

Medhi as always very helpful, weather was not that great but in all had a great week. already booked up for next year.

1 small common about 18lb, lost 2 fish one very good fish couldn't stop it getting to the snags

Small amounts of bait, watching the water for fish is very important, I had the only 3 runs all week

General Comments:

High pressure made for a difficult week off the back of freezing weather leading up to out trip i think this played havoc with the fish. Old Oaks (the owners other lake across the road) also only produced 2 fish all week which is far from normal. Weather improved the morning we packed up low pressure lots of rain they started to feed for the new angler's will be an interesting catch report I think. Thanks again to Mehdi & family for a great evening with some lovely home cooked food it was a nice end to another really enjoyable trip already booked again see you soon

A tuff week on laroussi this week with only 1 fish, high pressure, sunny days cold nights and then found out there's only 300 fish in the lake.

If you want to chase elusive fish then this is for you, beautiful place, Mehdi was the best host, nothing was too much trouble

General Comments:

It was early in the year, only 3 fish out between 7 of us. Good crack, good food, poor fishing

Very tough week for me. Was really struggling and Caught nothing until the Friday. then after a change of swim and change in weather I had a mad 4 hours fishing and managed to bag myself 4 fish. *Owner's note* Just to add in that the weights were 40lb6oz, 40lb8oz, 29lb15oz & 52lb4oz. Well done Craig, that move was clever having 6 bites within a couple of hours is awesome! Bad luck for the 2 lost.

Mehdi new bait done business, would love to have seen how effective it would have been had the fish been down in the water and feeding all week

Very happy with Angling Lines, received a phone call on the Wednesday/Thursday informing me about what was happening with p&o ferries. Allowing me to change to the train and avoid any major delays I could have faced.

General Comments:

Very tough week and maybe zigs could have been the way forward?? Will never know! But was worth sticking on the bottom for the crazy 4 hours I had.
