Weather was not what we expected the lake was cold and during our week water temp came up. Started hot then cooled off and fish went on feed. If stayed hot fish were getting ready to spawn with surface patrols of many many fish.

We found using baits definately works, give it a go. I don't believe in spoon feeding carp fisherman with key info :- )

General Comments:

Mehdi is a good man who speaks very good English and always welcomes people to the lake. If he is happy about your fishing methods he lets you get on while he takes up his true passion in life his big vegetables.

2x Mirrors 50+ (59lb 8oz) 2x 40+ (46lb/43lb) 2x 40+ grassie's (45lb/41lb) + around 20 grassie's ranging from 16lb - 30lb. 6x sturgeon - 60lb. Photos to follow for the galleries..

Facilities were as good if not better than last time, the shower now operates with a push button!!

Were you happy with them?

Yes it's nice just to have a shower when away, could do with more European charging adapters ( should just take some to use)

Fantastic big fish venue, fantastic owner, brilliant time had by all, just perfect....

General Comments:

Weather is still not right 3 more weeks and it will be perfect. Plenty of big fish showing but not interested in eating just yet. Mehdi is great guy just left us to it I hope his toe gets better.. :-)
