Mehdi is very helpful and wants you to catch listen to what he has to say. Absolutely amazing venue. Fish fight very well We can’t thank you enough for a amazing week your lake has given us

i only managed 1 fish of 15lb 3oz James in our group has 8 runs and landed 5 fish of 37lb 14oz /45lb/35lb 14oz/35lb 12oz/ 34lb 7oz. my brother paul blanked

the lake has not been fishing as well due to the high temperatures. James only caught fish by fishing tight to the margins in his swim

Well looked after and a nice venue.

Details of your catches:

3 carp and 1 tench. A 33lb, 36lb and an 18lb tench was around 10lb. Disappointing week but thats fishing.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Didn't really get a grip on the tactics, nothing I tried worked. I had a double take the first night ( butterfly rig and Mehdis pellets) and then nothing til the end of the week.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes. but I reckon they are due for updating soon. My shower was tepid but I didn't mention it to Mehdi, who would probably have sorted it if I had.

Yes. I love the lake and the owner is great. It just didn't happen for us on this trip.
