Weather very changeable, very hard week but a great time.

most definitley , its a fishery where you could go back time and time again , in fact im going to re book and try november time

General Comments:

this was my 1st time at this venue i've heard many stories (from friends) of how well this fishery is run by mehdi the owner and the big fish it contains within the lake and i wasn't disappointed either i broke my PB 4 times during the week , my 1st fish was 48.11lb beating my previous by 3oz i then had anew forty common 40.10 also a new 40 for the lake i then had another common again 43.13 biggest common in the lake i was in dream land at this point i then went onto land a fish of a life time a new PB OF 60.02LB MIRROR what a lake full of dreams .

We had 7 fish between 3 of us, The biggest carp was a lovely 47lb mirror, Also had a 61lb catfish and a 43lb mirror, But the week saw many larger fish on the bank which was nice.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

We fished the first three pegs most fish were caught using Cell bollies topped with either a bit of yellow corn or foam. I think I personally could have done with a bait boat to get me 30 yards furter to where the fish were jumping as I fished Le Haut fond

definitely, were going to make this our yearly venue I think

fish for 1 bite at a time used about a 2.5 kilos of boilies all week and about the same in particle Avoid trout pellets unless you want sturgeon
