Le Sauci Fish
The lake already had an existing carp population before the current owners, Thierry and Amandine, took over. In December 2024, they introduced a further 260 carp, distributed as follows:
- Approx 150 carp between 22-33lb
- Approx 90 carp between 33-44lb
- 20 carp over 44lb
In terms of other species there are some grass carp and pike but no catfish or sturgeon.
Overall, Le Sauci is a very healthy water with a thriving ecosystem, providing excellent growing conditions for the carp.
