Good week, Richard is a great bloke. Although the fishing was a bit slow, we had some superb fish. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Plenty of carp caught and some great weights too.
Richard was extremely helpful and a really nice bloke. Very knowledgeable on the lake which was a great help. We will definitely be back!

General Comments:

Really helpful bailiff/owner. Great swims. really good fish stock, the fish quality is amazing. Really good hard fighting fish.

4 of us fishing, with 26 carp caught with weights between 23lb and 33lb mostly and one at 50lb, 2 catfish biggest 56lb, we had a very hot week and by reading previous catch records a slow one, but it was more than enough fun for us.

Great little venue, facilities are very good with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge freezer, pots and pans, tv and a decent shower, good friendly and helpful owner.

Would recommend it to anyone. 4 anglers is enough, 5 would be a bit of squeeze i think, but there is enough room. Thank you Richard for a good week....
