Please note; Bait orders are made directly between you and the lake owner. We (Angling Lines) cannot be held responsible for any problems that may subsequently arise. If you order bait to be waiting for you when you arrive we strongly recommend you telephone or Email the owner a few days before your arrival to make sure it will be there for you. In 99% of cases this will just be purely precautionary, but bait is such an important part of your holiday that it’s only sensible to take every step to avoid problems.

Fly & Fish All-Inclusive Package / Tackle Hire

Want to fish MDP Lake without the hassle of transporting your own gear or doing the drive? The fly and fish package takes care of everything, so all you need to bring is yourself. Owners Scott and Heather will pick you up and drop you off at Limoges airport (just 40 minutes from the lake), and take you into town twice during your stay for a trip to the local Super U supermarket, only 10 minutes away.

Available for up to 2 anglers at €300 per person (or one angler plus a non-fishing guest).

Prefer to make your own way to the lake? Tackle hire alone is available at €200 per angler for the week. Simply get yourself to MDP Lake and the gear will be waiting for you.

There are two sets of tackle ready to go, all kept in very good condition. Here's an example of what's included in each set:

• Set one: 3x Greys Xlerate 13ft 3.5lb TC rods with 3x Fox 12,000XT reels
• Set two: 3x Korda Kaizen Green 12ft 3.5lb TC rods with 3x Fox 12,000FS baitrunner reels

• Ridge Monkey XF2 with porch - €100 per week (note: this only fits nicely with the porch in swim 2)
