2. Sky Lake

Since hosting the Korda anglers twice for ‘Thinking Tackle’ episodes back in 2012, Sky Lake has cemented itself as a firm favourite for anglers looking to target big carp in France. The lake record now sits at over 81lb!
The lake is well stocked with approximately 600 carp and a whopping 50 or so of those are now over 50lb. Swims are booked in advance here so you’ll need to decide which swim you’d like when you book. It is fairly straight forward fishing here so, whilst it isn’t a runs water, the chance of an impressive new PB is very real indeed!
