General Comments:

This is my second visit,they were spawning so it was slow,but thats just how it goes.Two of us fished swim 8 its meant to be a double but its way to narrow,when you get a fish on it will take out all your rods especially at night,it need widening asap.

16 carp 15-37lb 2 sturgeon lost at least 10, hard fighting fish that know where the snags are.

General Comments:

Fish still spawning on arrival didn't feed well till Wednesday. Lovely lake with good looking hard fighting fish.

Details of your catches:

Party of 4 anglers had 6/7 fish each biggest 34lb common, lots of other 30lb+ and 20's also has the sturgeon at 40lb crazy fish.

fished boilies over pellets/particle base. Most of runs came at night and the fish were spawning but managed to get some :-)

General Comments:

Basic facilities which is all we needed and the freezer was a bonus for bait and food. Lovely venues this is our second visit and we will be back again.

Water levels were up & fishing was very slow biggest 38lb and only 15 carp between us. 8 sturgeon inc 2 thirties and 2 40's. We had a 41lb
& a 30lb grass carp and a thirty pound mirror.

Tried most things. particles and high viz boilies worked best

General Comments:

It was disappointing over all but that's fishing, high water levels and a couple of swims were un-fishable because of that.
