Great water, ok fishing, only let down was hire boat not very good

I myself had 4x doubles, 9x 20’s, 4x 30’s and a 40. One of our group landed a 60 and another had a 57. There are some rather large grass carp that like to destroy nets, and one lad landed a 60lb sturgeon

Grass carp are large and can be a pest

Boilies over particle all worked well, lead clip setup, deep areas at night, shallow during the day

General Comments:

Had a fantastic week in swim 7. 33 fish between the two of us, fishing mid water before the gravel bars, not over them, no end tackle lost this way. We did retrieve a lot of line from previous anglers which may have been cut by fishing beyond the gravel bars. If you fish this gravel pit you need a good understanding of the topography. Overall a fantastic fishery.
