Not really, couldn't swing a cat in the toilet

Yes, could have been cleaner, shower and toilet both tiny and shower only has one temperature.

Yes, for the quality of fishing yes, facilities could be a lot better

snags under water, over hanging branches need cutting back at each swim left + right for 20 metres, the carp go straight for them.
