Nice venue. Very hard fighting fish.

Carp to 42lb (best), 12 carp over 30lb-40lb. Total carp caught 60 carp for 2 fishermen

General Comments:

Excellent fishing with good depths, fish very hard fighting. Within easy distance to local town.

90 fish in total - 36 x 20's, 28 x 30's, 7 x 40's, 1 x 51.5lbs. Remaining amount were grass and bream.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Yellow pop up at the start of the week moving on to bottom baits. This is not a easy lake even though we had a lot of fish. We were moving every other day and up most of the night. The trick to this water is monitoring fish movement late evening/night. Bait heavily during the heat of the day and fish evening/night

This is our fifth time with angling lines, very good company and very helpful. See you next year 😀

General Comments:

Great lake but there are some nasty snags by peg 2 (massive sharp rocks) lost several fish through the week until we rowed out to investigate the problem. Unsure why they are there, not fish friendly. *Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback, Sebastien advises us that the snag in swim 2 has been removed with a digger.
