General Comments:

nice looking lake fish were pristine good facilities

4 sturgeon biggest 58lb, 2 carp 40lb+ biggest 45LB 7oz , 12 30lb , 35 20lb, 4 10lb , 1 grass

Lot of bait small areas, snowman, critically balanced singles, bait boat helped!!! Need to find features. Fish came at night, early morning.

Yes a runs water, good fish, nice big swims.

General Comments:

As the week went on and got warmer the fishing just got better and better! Some very big catches to be had if you put the work in, could do with a few more 40s, but a big head of fish!

Details of your catches:

Lots of 20's, a good few 30's some lovely grass carp and a 39lb sturgeon. One of the lads first trip to France had 2-20's, 2-30's and a 19 grassie so he was well happy!

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Small areas of bait, pop ups, KD rigs, look for signs of feeding fish, lots of them in the middle of the lake.

Yes all good.

Were you happy with them?

We go for the fishing so although basic they were more than adequate, shower could be a few degrees hotter.

Yes, loads of room in the swims, a few good stalking spots,

Yes would recommend, loads of freezer room and a big fridge for food and most importantly BEER!

General Comments:

Only one downside.......rats!

Lots of fish to two anglers, the other two struggled but still caught 10 thirties and loads of twenties.

Very good lake, lots of runs. Owners very pleasant and leave you in peace, swims nice and roomy.
