6 fish for myself - 17lb, 37lb, 25lb, 15lb, 17lb, 31lb 3 fish for my mate - 48lb, 30lb, 26lb I did lose 2 fish as well.

Artificial triple corn did 3 out of my 6 fish, and all 3 of my friends fish.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Fantastic, just what you could want for a holiday. Having the cabin is a treat, not having to pack bivvies, whilst having somewhere to store all of your kit, somewhere to sleep properly and a shelter from the sun. Plus having electric on hand and a fridge, we couldn’t need anything more, it’s a treat compared to usual fishing from a bivvy.

Were you happy with them?

Absolutely, couldn’t fault them, clean, storage space, fridge and bed, plus a ‘breakfast bar’, perfect.

Would you recommend the venue to a friend?

100%, we are already about to book up again for next year, we loved it and Bruno is a top guy, great owner, couldn’t do enough for us with bringing us more bait as and when required within 24 hours, and on hand if you need him.

Yes it was all straighforward and easy to follow, we will be booking again with angling lines for next year.

Cabin is very basic 2 single beds and a fridge. Shower and toilet clean and tidy

Yes just wish there was more in the cabin

Had a hard week with temps of 30 degrees plus. Hard fishing. *Owner note* The cabins contain 2 single beds, with clean bed sheet provided, lighting, small fridge, two electric sockets, wifi, breakfast bar with two bar stools, bedside table, vertical shelving unit, coat rack & door mat.

Need to let people know the amount of cray fish in the lake, bit of a problem could only really use plastic bait. *Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the crayfish were so active on your week, this is often worst in the hottest months. We agree plastic baits are definitely the right tactic if they are causing any bother.
