38 fish landed between 4 of us across the swims, the biggest being 57lb and the smallest being mid 20’s. 4 50’s, numerous 40’s and mainly 30’s were caught a mix of common and mirror.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

A mix of baits worked, but most had a piece of fake corn as a topper. We found the smaller baits worked better in general.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes, this is the second time we have been Deux Iles and we were very happy with the facilities. Large cabins, plenty of space, plenty of water to fish in and the shower/kitchen block is clean and tidy.

100%. Bruno the owner is a top bloke and is always on hand to give tips and advice. The fish are all in wicked condition and the facilities are well above par.

Not everyone caught but the 2 that did had some cracking fish ,common and mirrors and even got the lakes biggest fish confirmed by Bruno @ 57lb8oz

They were great, just need some new BBQs by the cabins and maybe an extra plug socket as there’s only one unless you unplug the fridge or WiFi

Hard fishing due to the weather (high temperatures and lower water level). Caught seven fish between us 1 x 43lb / 5 x mid to high 30's lbs / 1 x 21lb.
