8 carp to 33lb 2oz. Weather was extremely hot, so only a couple of photographs taken, as I prioritised returning the fish and making sure they recovered over any pictures.

Single bottom baits or wafters over a small amount of free bait (lake pellet, particle and crushed boilie). Bites mainly coming in the early hours of the morning when it was cooler.

Very hard going because of very hot weather which brought on spawning. 12 fish, both anglers had fish over 30 lb.

Total of 21 fish caught in 7 days weighing 576lb, including the biggest carp at the venue weighing 59lb 13oz

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

During the day very quiet due to the hot weather, so most catches made between 20.00-06.00, as soon as the sun goes down get ready for the alarms to go. Pick your spot and stick to it, they will come. Most fish caught on the Wafters 16-18mm

Had a great week with 24 fish landed 7 x 30lb fish up to 37lb
14x 20lb fish up to 29lb
And 3 fish at 2x10lb and 12 lb

All caught on in line leads with multi rigs on size 6 barbless hook, the majority falling to house sausage boilies fished over crushed up boilies and a handful of house pellets
