The week proved to be a tough weeks fishing with very few fish being caught prior to the week of our arrival aswell. Trickling bait in little and often seemed to be the method of the week and just fishing for a bite at a time.

Yes the lake is great and some really nice fish to be caught, mehdi was great he met us on the first day and showed us round the lake and swims and then left us to our own devices until the morning we left.

In all what a fantastic week.
Garys catches - 44lb 8ounce common. 41lb mirror. 28lb common. 32lb grass carp plus 1 more grass carp caught but went ballistic let unhooked in net jumped out. 15lb common.
Sean - 23lb common. 13lb 10ounce tench PB. Small Jack pike.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Cell bottom baits at distance, sent out with bait boat filled up with party mix with salmon oil and pellet crushed boilie. Most fish caught at night very early morning times between 2am-4am

General Comments:

The fishing was hard for the first half of the week due to temps being in the 30's but then it cooled to 20 and the bites started coming. I was happy with 5 Carp & the Cat in 3 1/2 days.
