Incredibly hard going in the conditions (blistering heat) but managed 10 fish in total, 5 over 20lb and 3 over 30lb. Largest was 34lb

The day we arrived the weather wasn’t too good, but from the Sunday the weather got really hot and the fish switched off. Fishing early morning and then at around 7pm . Will definitely return in the future and hop in cooler weather

Accommodation was great but the fishing was rubbish one fish between 3 of us was not acceptable I’m not sure the were many fish in the lake we would never go back there.
*Angling Lines note* Thank you for your feedback. We are incredibly sorry that you had such an unproductive week. Unfortunately at the time you were there the high temperatures would have made fishing very difficult. As you can see from the previous feedback Maniere does usually fish well.

Yes, Maniere is one of the nicest places we have stayed at, the accommodation, lake and grounds are 10/10

General Comments:

We had a great 2 weeks at Maniere, I only fished either days or afternoons and didn't fish for 3 days due to the fish spawning. Some days the fishing was really tricky and you have to keep your eyes and ears open and move around the lake when the situation dictates, worth listening to Ray the owner as well as he really knows his lake and fish, he is a really nice guy.
