Started of week fishing PVA bags to showing fish and visible signs of fish being present close into margins. Slightly increased amount of bait on productive spots as week continued. Single Hi Vis Pop Up / Snowman with Hi Vis topper

General Comments:

Ray and Caroline were fantastic hosts and truly love their premises and fish. They were always hard at work making improvements and carrying out external maintenance to ensure the fishery is always looking immaculate

Details of your catches:

In total had 11 fish . 5 .30tes 2x 54. 2x 20es and 2 small ones Fish came to snowman tactics and balance tigernuts. Bait time was earlier morning and night. I only fished from 7.00 at night till 12.00 Mid day.

As above but my advice liston to Ray. He is worth getting weight in gold And a top bloke. Word of warning these fish are a hard Fighting fish and very powerful.

Better .and the shower is the best I have seen From a fishing facilities.

General Comments:

This place is one of the best I have been to in France. I will definitely be back again at some point Took my wife and lad. And we went out most afternoons. Ray and Caroline are great people. And thus place is going to get even better as the years go by

Details of your catches:

We had a dozen carp, including Mirror, Common and a Grass carp. This included a fish of 48lb 8oz and 3 others over 40lb. Most other fish were 30lb+, the best 38lb 8oz

Red colour boillies fished over particles worked well, with a longer hair rig allowing for use of a snowman set up.

The facilities were excellent and allowed for easy access to the water.

The facilities were modern, well appointed and offered a relaxed environment in which to stay.

I would recommend La Maniere to a friend and return to there for a future trip

Angling Lines service is very good and as a previous customer I would recommend them to others.

General Comments:

La Maniere is a very nice fishing venue, set in fantastic surroundings and clearly the owner Ray has done a lot to develop the fishery and create an idyllic place to enjoy. The quality of fish is high and Ray was often on hand to help and offer advice and guidance.
