43 fish amongst 6 of us, ranging from doubles up to biggest of around 44lb plus some big grass carp.

A mixture of tactics worked. Most fished wafters over boilie and pellet, plus some maize.
Staying mobile and listening to the advise of Andy and Rob was essential.

These were spot on, nice shower/ wet room plus seperate toilet facility - all kept immaculately clean.

General Comments:

The entire experience was fantastic, the lake was beautiful, very established, and plenty of features to fish to.
The fish were immacualte and interesting mix of shapes and sizes, no mouth damage, obviously very well looked after.
The welcome we recieved and hosting whilst there was superb.

I would highly recommend Sky Lakes, beautiful venue with fantastic hosts that can't do enough for you.

Had a wicked time, unfortunately didn't have anything of great size but thats the luck of the draw, cant decide what picks up your bait.
Food and hospitality was spot on, lake was beautiful very clean and tidy, the guys cant so enough for you, ignore their advice at your peril.

Overall had a blast, cant wait to come back would highly recommend.

Just myself this time. I caught 10 carp altogether. Also lost two out at range. 3 mid doubles. Couple of mid 20’s but 5 were 30 plus including a 39 beautiful mirror. I know there were also other anglers that caught around the lake this week including a 48lb carp.

Heavily baiting, sticking to advice and local knowledge seemed to be the best advice (including sky baits).
