General Comments:

we all hooked and lost cattie be aware it is not 70 to 80lb its 70 to 80 kilo!!!!
Its a really nice lake with lots of interesting features, time spent with a marker rod pays dividends, we would definately all go again.

Details of your catches:

43 fish landed in total between two anglers.
2x40's being the heaviest followed by numerous 30's to low 20's.
Included in the catches were 8 sturgeon between 35lb to 46lbs.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Boilies spread over a small area worked well but caution should be used regarding accurate depths. The majority of the fish were caught between dusk and dawn but a change of swim proved vital mid week to snare a few during the day time.

Were the facilities what you expected?

After choosing another bivvy only venue we found that the facilities to be more than adequate and exceeded our expectations.

Were you happy with them?

More than happy.

I would recommend the venue to a friend but must stress that if the venue was at capacity then the peg draw could prove problamatic due to close proximity of certain swims.
We also found that the directions list to the venue could use an update.

This was our second trip booked with angling lines with another two booked for next year and cannot recommend the company enough.

The owner sabastien vasseur met us on arrival and visited us throughout the week to ensure that everything was to our liking.

Personally, 18 so far, 29lb mirror and 39lb sturgeon biggest.

All anglers caught 100 fish in total.
