A great week was had by all with a total weight on 1105 lb of fish on the bank. Ian had 6 carp ranging from 21.4lb to 32.12lb, Stevie the Sturgeon at 36.12lb twice and a pike at 10lb for a total weight of 251.6lb. Richard had 15 carp ranging from 12.14lb to 33lb including two beautiful Koi for a total weight of 319.14lb Jamie had 6 carp ranging from 17lb to 34.8lb for a total weight of 150.5lb. Liam had 12 carp ranging from 17.8lb to 42.9lb including a cracking grassy and Stevie the Sturgeon for a total weight of 383.7lb.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Boilie over boated baits of boilies, party blend, pellet and hemp. Tiger Nut over pellet. Popup artificial corn over boated baits. Keep tight to baited spots. Do not ignore the margins or entrance to channel around islands.

28 fish between us, X2 15lb, x10 in their 30's, the rest in the 20's, lovely clean fish. Island 2 had a bad week so majority came from island 1. The biggest few were only just shy of 40lb.. and a sturgeon 36lb..

Margin fishing with plastic bait or boilie.
