Snowman over a bed of mix using pellet, particle and boiley crumb. Also a bit of Gary knowledge.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Brilliant facilities which were very clean with a nice hot shower and available drinking water from the mains taps.

Absolutely

General Comments:

This was my 5th trip to France for carp fishing and Dans 1st... For me, this has to be the best one yet mainly because of the hospitality and genuine passion Gary and Ange have for making anglers feel welcome and relaxed. Gary has great knowledge of Carp fishing and the lake itself which really helped getting though a tough week of weather conditions. The food package was superb which was cooked by Ange and the portion sizes were spot on.

During the week Gary will have a walk around and check in to make sure we were ok and enjoying ourselves. They have a lovely dog called Piper who would sit with us which was really nice. We enjoyed having Gary's company so much we invited him to join us on the bank for a 1 rod challenge (Unlucky Gary, better luck next time mate) See you next year!

Overall this is a fantastic place with brilliant owners to which we will be returning.

Excellent as usual. Clean, tidy and plenty of fridge space

Yes Gary and Ange are fantastic host lake owners 2nd time here there more like good friends than host spot on

Lake is very well kept with excellent swims. Owners can't do enough to help you and make your stay a positive one.
Fish are all healthy and in pristine condition.
Food package was very good.
