Excellent facilities very clean and Morden up there with the best in France I've used

Facilities are excellent but on other side of the lake....... bikes are provided to make journeys to them easier....

General Comments:

Fantastic week on Seigneurie....What a beautiful place not only the lake but the Town too... Try and make time to visit the hight street there is every thing you could ask for down there and its literally 5mins drive also check out the tackle shop too its decent priced well too...As for the Lake facilities are brilliant and very clean downside and the only downside is there on the far side of the lake but Bruno provides bikes to get there which is great for some me been 20stone plus and not riding a bike in 20 years....well lets say that was a laugh lol.. Bruno is always end of the phone for literally anything fishing or town related he really is a decent bloke and a great lake owner...We had very hot weather all week and was a party of 4 fishing the 2 double swims...ended up with 27 fish most coming during the night when lake cools off....multiple PBs broken using bottom baits

We fished apple peg but we both blanked unfortunately but heyho that's fishing... the fish were all up the top end behind a fallen tree. I gave bruno a hand on last day to clear most of it so the fish might move freely now

Were a few snags on far margin but bruno is working on clearing them... as always bruno is very helpful and became a good friend over the years... be back next year

Details of your catches:

15 carp biggest was 43lb, inc a few thirties and one other 40lb. 2 old original river carp and a few twenties.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Krill fishmeal, a nutty one, pineapple also we tried the lakes nutty bait which was good quality too.
We followed the fish. Carp not that active so 15mm bottom baits were picking up the bream so changed to 16mm snowmans, popped up and that worked. Fish tended to be held up in one area at the time. We baited to begin with but then just with small offerings around the hook bait. Far margin worked.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes very good, brilliant. Hot shower and clean. Used the bikes to go around the lake to the facilities.

Yes, we will go back in September
