Mirror carp to 28lb early in the week. Strange behaviour of fish from midweek onwards. Though the weather improved to almost perfect conditions at times, the fish, although still showing proved more difficult. Even when fishing overnight.

Definitely. Hosts were most obliging and friendly and exceeded all our expectations. Food package was excellent (as highly recommended by previous clients).

General Comments:

Though the fishing was hard this week the venue is a little slice of heaven. Gary & Angeline did all they could to make us welcome and comfortable.

The food package really should not be missed as it is exceptional quality and value. Be sure to ask Gary to make his chicken and leek pie. Our host could not have done more to make our stay any better.

In summary we all had a wonderful week and look forward to returning in the future.
