Following Gary’s tips and spots.
Margins during the day and open water at night. Both bottom bait and pop ups produced carp, although meatier baits preferred. Lake pellet and particle was used in the bait boat we hired, for accuracy and margins

Yes extremely happy 10/10. Although we slept in bivvies the accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well thought out. A great base for our weeks fishing.

General Comments:

A stunning lake and venue, with Gary, Angeline and Piper making us feel at home. The food package was exceptional and not to be missed. Overall a tough weeks fishing (due to the weather), but one I wouldn’t change at all. A truly special venue and one I hope to return to.

16 fish in total. Biggest fish 35lb mirror. All fish are in mint condition and very well looked after by Gary. Very hot week.

General Comments:

Top venue, we will be returning. Gary and Angeline are top hosts. Food is great. Lake is lovely and Gary will put you on the fish. Great week away guys.

16 fish in total, very hot conditions. Gary was amazing with his help and advice. With an average weight of 24lb. All fish are in prestige condition and venue stunning also. Food served by resident chef Angeline was amazing.

My best bait was tiger nut boile with a tiger nut pop up, or if in doubt ask lake owner Gary.

General Comments:

First time to this new venue and have been very impressed, Gary the owner was very helpful but not in your face. Angeline, Gary’s partner and co-owner was on hand to make you feel welcome and as part of the food package we had our last evening meal and Saturday leaving breakfast, which were both excellent and would recommend anyone at least giving it a try. Some of the photos with 2 people in are because I was suffering with a bad back problem and had to be helped by my friends.
